To keep supporting your business with reliable technology and continuous innovation, we’re introducing new pricing plans that better reflect the value and scale of what Transcy offers today.

What does the new pricing mean for current users?

To keep things simple, we will suggest a new plan that best fits your current setup. But rest assured that you can still choose a new plan to your liking.

Here’s how it works, depending on whether you are on a monthly or annual subscription:

If you’re a monthly user

• We will recommend the closest new plan that covers your current features. And for your next cycle, we’ll apply a discount so your price matches your old plan (e.g, if you switch from Basic to Local Plus, your next billing is still $11.9 instead of $14.9)
• Before October 4, 2025: You’ll also have the option to switch to an annual subscription for your current plan. This allows you to retain your current pricing for 12 months while saving an additional 20%.

If you’re an annual user

• Since you’re on an annual plan, your current subscription will remain unchanged until the end of your annual billing date.

1. When will the new pricing take effect?

• For monthly users: The new pricing takes effect on September 4, 2025. You can continue using your current pricing until October 4, 2025. If you want to keep your old pricing even longer, you can switch to an annual subscription before this date (see the next FAQ for details).
• For annual users: The new pricing will apply at the end of your current billing cycle.

2. Can I keep my old pricing longer?

Yes. Before October 4, 2025, you can switch to an annual subscription of your current plan. This allows you to maintain your existing pricing for an additional 12 months and save an additional 20%.

3. Will my current features be affected?

If you move to the recommended plan, you’ll keep all the features and quotas you currently use (or higher). If you choose a lower plan instead, some limits may apply.

4. How does the discount for monthly users work?

For your next billing cycle, we’ll apply a one-time discount so your price matches your old plan. For example, if you move from Basic to Local Plus, you’ll still pay $11.9 instead of $14.9 for that cycle.
