One currency for everything
We heard your feedback! Managing different payment methods for various Transcy features (word credits for engine translation, tokens for image translation, separate credits for referrals) could be a bit confusing. We wanted to streamline this process so you can focus on growing your global store, not on juggling different payment types.
Introducing Transcy tokens: Your new in-app currency
Starting now, we’re simplifying all in-app payments with a single, unified currency: Transcy Tokens. This change gives you one balance to track and makes managing your usage much more straightforward.
Easy to understand & more rewarding
- Simple conversion: We’ve set a straightforward conversion rate: $1 USD = 1,000 Tokens. This makes it easy to understand the cost of each service.
- Clear usage: Now you’ll have a single Token balance that decreases as you use any Transcy in-app feature. No more separate wallets or credit types to keep track of!
- Bonus tokens when you buy more: To make things even better, we’re introducing bonus tokens when you purchase in larger amounts:
- $1 – $49 USD purchase: +0% bonus tokens
- $50 – $99 USD purchase: +5% bonus tokens
- $100 USD and above purchase: +10% bonus tokens
